Other Admission Component: Each applicant must complete an 'Admissions Profile' detailing personal information and involvement in activities. A personal reference must be provided by an individual who is a Pharmacist (alternatively a Physician, Dentist, Optometrist, or Nurse) and cannot be a relative of the applicant. Based on all submitted information (academic background, Admissions Profile and Reference Form), selected individuals will be invited to participate in an interview. During the interview process the applicant must also complete a writing and comprehension test.
